As President, Ava Laven is a Certified Personnel Consultant with over 30 years of Executive Search experience. Ms. Laven is a recognized professional in the Call Center Industry having served as leader of the Arizona Call Center Networking Group (CCNG).         

 Ms. Laven was formerly the VP of Sales and Marketing for LifeMate Systems Inc, a company providing organizational product for the relocation needs of corporations, associations, and the U.S Military. Ms. Laven graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.

As Vice-President, Richard Loeb has extensive recruitment experience in the Call Center, Consumer Products and Financial industries.  Prior to becoming an Executive Recruiter, Mr. Loeb served in a variety of Director and Divisional Manager capacities in the consumer products, retail, finance and insurance Industries. Mr. Loeb obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University and graduated with an MBA from John Carroll University.
